How is it already Wednesday? This week seems to be flying past, as is this year. Just yesterday, I had one of those “Oh my God, it’s nearly halfway through the year!” moments. It’s been a while since I did one of these, but here we go with this week’s WWW Wednesday:
What am I currently reading?
What have I just finished reading?
What do I think I will read next?
Here are my answers:
Both of the books I am reading at the moment are going to be featured for review in the coming week at My Written Romance – Someone Else’s Wedding by Tamar Cohen and Talk Dirty to Me by Dakota Cassidy.
Two quite different books, I must admit.
The journey through Someone Else’s Wedding has been a little up and down for me so far, and I am not entirely sure where it is going to take me just yet. We’ll see.
I am very much enjoying Talk Dirty to Me – phone-sex in a small town, ex-lovers thrown back together and a mean girl made good, what’s not to like?
Pardon this slight departure from WWW, but whenever I see the title of Talk Dirty to Me, I think of this video and it puts a smile on my face:
Last week, I had one of those moments very early on in a book, where I just knew straight away that I was going to love every minute of it. That book was Imaginary Lines by Allison Parr, the third book in the New York Leopards series. Boy, was I right? It is probably my favourite of the three, and book one was a 5-star review as well. Abe’s story has been one I’ve been super keen to read since I first encountered him in Rush Me, and I was totally in love with his and Tamar’s romance.
Imaginary Lines will be featured for review tomorrow, so be sure to come back and check it out.
The reviews for those two books can be found by clicking on the book name above.
I’ve created myself a reading schedule for the next few weeks, so that my To Be Read list doesn’t begin to resemble a hoarder’s garage (if it doesn’t already).
I am very excited about reading Momentum Moonlight’s Hot Down Under bundles, and in particular Bundle 3, which features two of my Ninjas, Rhyll Biest and Cate Ellink – as well as the fab Kylie Scott and Keziah Hill. I may already read Rhyll’s story from this bundle, but I’m always happy to revisit that Russian! Sexy stories and a chesty man on the cover – can’t wait!
Coming up also, I have Her Best Laid Plans by Cara McKenna and Evidence of Love by Elisabeth Rose.
