May 28, 2014 WWW Wednesday 0

It's time for WWW Wednesday!

Hopefully this Wednesday finds you well, and deep in the throes of a most excellent reading experience. I have been having a great run of reading lately, across all sub-genres of romance, and thanks to you, my lovely readers, I have had one of my best weeks in terms of visitors to the site.

Here we go with this week’s WWW Wednesday:

What am I currently reading?
What have I just finished reading?
What do I think I will read next?

Here are my answers:

What I'm Reading NowYep, I’m doing the multiple partners thing when it comes to books again.

Avenge Me - Maisey Yates Against The Cage - Sidney Halston

I’m about halfway through the dark and oh so sexy Avenge Me by Maisey Yates. The first in the Fifth Avenue trilogy from Harlequin Presents, it has everything I love about this line – a brooding, tortured hero, a brilliant revenge sub-plot and a damn hot cover. Dude in a suit, you fine! The book is pretty good too.

The next book I am reading at the moment is Sidney Halston’s Against the Cage. I am featuring this in a few days, as part of the book tour for its release. It has a number of my catnip points – lawman hero, best friend’s sister among them – so it should be interesting to see how this one pans out for me.

AfterWhat Have I Been Reading- a slow few weeks of reading, I got back in the game this week.

Until There Was You - Kristan Higgins Second Chance Bride - Trish Morey The Unexpected Bride - Joanne Walsh

I actually took the time to do a bit of leisure reading, which was a lot of fun. I read Kristan Higgins’ Until There Was You. As I have said before, she is totally my writing superhero – and once again, I had a lot of fun reading her work. I also read two of the book from Montana Born’s The Great Wedding Giveaway series, Second Chance Bride by Trish Morey and The Unexpected Bride by Joanne Walsh.

Evidence of Love - Elisabeth Rose Hot Down Under Bundle 3 Rocking Horse Hill - Cathryn Hein Outback Blaze - Rachael Johns Her Best Laid Plans - Cara McKenna

Reading for review-wise, it’s been a great week for me. Evidence of Love by Elisabeth Rose, Hot Down Under – Bundle 3  by Kylie Scott, Rhyll Biest, Cate Ellink & Keziah Hill and Rocking Horse Hill by Cathryn Hein. Three very different selections – but all enjoyable and all from Australian authors, which is awesome! There was also Outback Blaze by Rachael Johns and Her Best Laid Plans by Cara McKenna.

The reviews for Evidence of Love and Hot Down Under – Bundle 3 are both live, Rocking Horse Hill goes up tomorrow and Her Best Laid Plans on Friday. My review for Outback Blaze will be featured on the Naughty Ninjas website sometime soon, and I will keep you posted as to when it is live.

Risky Business - Amy Andrews Lily's Leap - Tea Cooper

I also read Risky Business by Amy Andrews – I was live-tweeting as I read it, but in the interest of not spoiling it for my aunt (who has it set to read), I had to stop. This review won’t be live until closer to the July 1 release date, but needless to say, it’s going to be a good one. I’ve also read ahead with Lily’s Leap, Tea Cooper’s lovely Australian-set historical romance complete with bushrangers and ballsy heroine.

What I'll Read Next-I have an eclectic selection coming up this week.

If I Stay - Tamara Morgan The Billionaire Biker - Jackie Ashenden The Billion Dollar Bad Boy - Jackie Ashenden

Once I have a free reading slot, I will be diving into If I Stay, the first in Tamara Morgan’s new Montgomery Manor series. I’m also going to be spending some quality reading time with two Jackie Ashenden books, The Billion Dollar Bad Boy and The Billionaire Biker.

Gimme Some Sugar - Kimberly Kincaid The Marriage Pact - Linda Lael Miller

I’m also really looking forward to Kimberly Kincaid’s Gimme Some Sugar and the new Linda Lael Miller book, The Marriage Pact.
